I seem to remember this having more votes and a much lower rating?

Case in point - Debt's fanfiction remark was hilarious. #75460 :) So your poster has some comedic value after all! If you can't take the heat, next time leave the comedy to the professionals.

You were trying to be funny hun. Not our fault you failed. Art is open to interpretation. That's what makes it art. WE are having fun with it. If Cosby wants to be funny but is booed off stage for being a creepo, yes - he's a non-comedian just ranting :)
calron - April 25, 2015, 2:32 pm
So basically you are refuting a position that I do not hold and thus basically making my poster a non-parody.
rebeccaolsen - April 25, 2015, 2:21 pm
The problem isn't that this poster is a parody. WE know. The problem is that it s*cks. :) Looks like something foxrecon would make when he uses MSpaint to slap it together at his most unnerved. Make a better poster next time hun
rebeccaolsen - April 25, 2015, 2:18 pm
Nopers. You are projecting hun. You keep denying the consensus on MMCC using these awful right wing websites that imply a conspiracy or a hoax to make their argument. There are much better sources you could use, you are just being passive aggressive =p
calron - April 25, 2015, 2:14 pm
I never a**umed that they are wrong because of bad behavior (that would be a fallacy), rather that is an a**umption on your part. Nice conspiracy theory though. But thanks for taking to make this poster not be a parody.
DebtToAmerica - April 20, 2015, 7:23 pm
anyone can claim to believe in climate change and act like an a**hole, and it works because people like you a**ume that if someone is an a**hole they must be wrong.
DebtToAmerica - April 20, 2015, 7:21 pm
you do realise a significant portion of the "zealots" you refer to are paid shills who deliberately act like irrational a**holes to discourage "climate skeptics" from engaging in any form of rational discussion about the issue, right?
rebeccaolsen - April 20, 2015, 2:26 am
If we "fell all over ourselves", it's only because we couldnt stop ROFL at how awful this was. Yes, it's entertaining - in the same vein as a Ed Wood movie. Amusing, for all the wrong reasons. If that was "your point", you're welcome :) Glad we could help
rebeccaolsen - April 20, 2015, 1:54 am
So you meant this to su.ck on purpose? :)
calron - April 20, 2015, 1:53 am
As it is a similar poster could be made of the other side following the exact same pattern.
calron - April 20, 2015, 1:52 am
Nope, its a parody of the zealots not rather than the mainstream argument. But it was nice of you all to fall all over yourselves as if you where actively trying to prove my point.
rebeccaolsen - April 20, 2015, 1:42 am
The word "FANFICTION" FTW :)
rebeccaolsen - April 20, 2015, 1:41 am
or whatever cheap means were available - looks like something a 5 year old would make out of anger (all the funnier because it uses the logic of a five year old to make its points). Still made me smile though, albeit for different reasons :)
rebeccaolsen - April 20, 2015, 1:36 am
I interpret this rather as a snapsh** of a climate change denier's mind exploding after chickening out in a debate over science :) They love to cast themselves as the martyr in their own personal soap opera. 1L for using MSpaint to stitch this together
DebtToAmerica - April 20, 2015, 1:25 am
this poster isnt an offensive, underhanded attempt to villify your opposition, its FANFICTION, set in your onw delusional alternate reality where climate scientists are the evil conspirators and you're the "bringer of truth" sent by god to destroy them.
DebtToAmerica - April 20, 2015, 1:17 am
...pointed out that the only arguments you win are the imaginary ones you create in your own head so you can make posters like these, where you live out your unrealistic childlike fantasy of actually winning an argument...
DebtToAmerica - April 20, 2015, 1:11 am
thats a nice "intentionally ridiculous defamatory caricature" you got there, it would be a shame if someone...
